Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • In case of damage, a 50% refund will be provided after reviewing the claim.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
